No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Why there are no refunds

MYCAESTATEPLAN is an email-only, online-only self-service platform. Once a document has been generated and delivered to you as a digital PDF, it cannot be recalled, recovered, unsent, or "returned." There is no physical product to ship back and no way for us to un-give you a downloaded file. That is why we do not offer refunds, credits, partial refunds, store credit, or exchanges — not for user-entry mistakes, not for change of mind, not for any reason.

We do not retain your information

We do not keep your intake answers or your generated documents after delivery. Because nothing is saved on our side, we cannot revise, re-issue, or restore a prior order. If you want a different version, you must place a new order and pay again.

Your responsibility before paying

• Use the checklist and the "Before you start" information on our site to make sure you have the right details ready.
• Do not pay until you are confident you know what you want.
• During intake, review every name, date, address, percentage, and selection carefully before clicking "Generate."
• After delivery, download and save your PDF immediately. We do not keep a copy on our servers.

What we don't do

• No phone support. No live chat. No in-person appointments.
• No document review by our staff.
• No edits to delivered documents.
• No refunds, no credits, no exchanges.

Complex situations are not our market

If your estate or family is complex (blended family, remarriage concerns, special-needs beneficiaries, multiple businesses, tax-driven planning, etc.), this platform is not the right product for you. Consult an independent California attorney before purchasing.

Payment processor (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may have its own payment-dispute process that is separate from our refund policy. A successful chargeback does not create any revision right or re-delivery right — we still will not retain or regenerate your documents.
