How MYCAESTATEPLAN handles your information.

What we collect

• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Email address — used only within your browser to pre-fill an email if you choose to send yourself a copy. Stripe separately uses the email you enter at checkout to send your payment receipt. We do not store your email on a server.
• Intake form answers — used to generate your documents at the time of generation.

What we do NOT retain

Once your documents are delivered, we do not retain your completed intake answers or the generated documents. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files immediately.

Cookies

We use minimal browser storage only to hold your purchase unlock token after checkout. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Third-party services

Stripe (payments) and our website hosting provider process certain technical data such as IP address and timestamps as part of their standard service. See their respective privacy policies.

California residents

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Because we do not retain your intake data after delivery, most CCPA requests do not apply. For any CCPA question, email support@mycaestateplan.com.
