How MYCAESTATEPLAN handles your information.

Payments and order records

Stripe processes payments. We do not receive or store your full card number. Our database stores payment and order records, including your checkout email address, product, amount, payment status, Stripe identifiers and checkout-session details. These records support payment verification and document access.

Intake answers and document delivery

Your intake answers are used in your browser to generate your PDF. You can choose to save an intake draft on your device for up to 15 days. We do not provide an online document archive or save your completed intake for later editing.

If you request automatic email delivery, your recipient address and generated documents pass through our server and Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for delivery. Our database records the recipient address, product, associated payment session and delivery status. We do not store the PDF attachments in that database. Copies can remain with your email provider and on your devices. If automatic delivery fails, the site may offer a download and a link to your own mail application.

Browser storage and optional analytics

Browser storage holds your language preference, purchase access, analytics choice and any draft you choose to save. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load only after you accept analytics, on public pages only, not on intake, document or payment-result pages. We do not use advertising tags. Use the Privacy settings button to change your analytics choice.

Service providers and retention

Stripe handles payments, Vercel hosts the site and its server functions, Neon stores order and delivery records, and Amazon SES handles requested emails. These services may process technical data such as IP addresses and timestamps. Order and delivery records are retained separately from browser drafts; clearing a draft does not delete those records. Download and save your documents immediately.

For questions about your information or requests to access, correct or delete it, contact support@mycaestateplan.com. Do not send completed estate-planning documents with an initial privacy inquiry.
